Reservation Rules

  • Reservations will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis and should be confirmed at least 1 week in advance.

​

  • Available rental hours are 7 am to 11 pm but we ask for music to be turned down at 9 pm.

​

  • The Lake House is to be left clean and undamaged. 

​

  • Parking is limited to the Lake House area.

​​​

  • The Lake House may not be used for personal gain. No events "open to the public" and no admission fee of any kind is to be charged.

​

  • The Lake House may not be used for any private or personal fundraising event without prior approval of the TPOA Board of Directors

​

  • The TPOA reserves the right to charge for any cleaning and/or damages that was not addressed at the end of an event.

​

  • The TPOA reserves the right to refuse rental to any property owners who misuse and/or abuse the Lake House.

​​

  • The TPOA reserves the right to refuse rental to any property owners who are not in good standings whether it be outstanding assessments or outstanding covenant violations.

Lake House Rules

  • Unless reserved, operation hours are from Dawn to Dusk

  • MEMBERS ONLY- Guests MUST be with a property owner

  • Children ages 13 and younger must be with an adult

  • No glass containers on premises

  • NO tacks or nails in walls when hanging decorations

  • Please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum

  • Fireworks are not permitted

  • Fires must be extinguished before leaving

  • Please clean your mess before leaving and take your trash with you; there is no trash pickup at the Lake House
