Tupelo Plantation ARB
Monthly Meetings
The Tupelo Plantation ARB meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at 6PM at the Lake House to review applications for new construction and modifications to existing sites.
Application Process
To be included on the agenda, a completed application must be made on or before the Friday preceding the regularly scheduled meeting. There will be a $75 fee for any application received with a request for ASAP response prior to next scheduled meeting. ASAP reviews will not be considered for architectural reviews on new construction.

Applications not meeting the Design Approval Process requirements will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed by the ARB until all required information and fees are provided.
​
The ARB will review the application & design documents and provide approval/disapproval and/or comments back to the applicant within 30 calendar days following the meeting.
